Joining NekoWebRing

Joining nekowebring is as simple as sending me an DM. No, seriously! If you wish to join, you can simply join the Nekoweb discord server and ping me @maxpixels. I may also be looking for new members in #general, so be on the lookout for that! This may switch to other methods like Google Forms as things get bigger to manage, but as of right now, This is the current method.

Make sure to stay patient as I may not respond to your request quickly!

Once you have been added to the webring, you'll have to add the widget with the code below.

In your head tag of your code, add the CSS so your widget doesn't look terrible.

Once that's done, check if the widget works. If your widget has an error that you aren't in the webring, make sure to refresh the page with Control+F5, as your cashe will not see the change and will remain with the error.

If you don't like the current style of the widget or wish to change some things, you can check out the code here and change what you need to change in your CSS file! [or just copy the code and paste it into your CSS lol]

Requirements

As of right now, with Nekoweb and nekowebring being very new, these requirements are really basic. However, it should be noted that they can change at anytime, tho unless they are required, any sites that were added before these changes will not be affected unless told otherwise.

• Your website must not break Nekoweb's Terms of Service.
• Your website must not have any NSFW content.
• Have the widget somewhere visible on your site.
• Your website must have some sort of content. Even a simple "Under Construction" page can do for now.

If a website is found breaking these requirements afterwards, they will be removed without notice, unless it is something small where the owner will be notified of this.
